| Question: Can I upload nudity or pornography? |
| Answer: The terms and conditions for registration are boiler plate legal stuff and for legal purposes you are bound by that. Now as for my "managing guidelines" for how operationally restrictive I intend to be, I shall explain how it works: I wont allow anything super sick. No kiddie, beastie, violence, scat or obviously illegal etc. I also will be restrictive on commercial content that you did not originate or create yourself. If you think you have a picture that might be considered nudity (or worse), then you must upload this questionable content into a restricted gallery or album. You will be notified if there is a problem. Breaking these guidelines accidently in good faith will probably result in just warnings and either moving the content or deleting it. Flat out "should have known better" abuse will probably result in banning. See "How can I restrict who can see my galleries or albums" below. Also there may be removals just based on my own personal whims and tastes as this is my site and I can do what I want. Nyah! Other than this, just know that I have a pretty open mind and love the female form. ;) |
| Question: How do I download pictures? |
| Answer: There is no special link to download pictures, for now just right click on the pictures you want and go to "Save Picture As" on the mini menu that appears. |

| Answer: OK! OK! Sorry! If you really object to a photo of you that has been posted, I will gladly take it down. I just need you to email me the file name and the album it is located in. You must be depicted in the photograph but it does not matter who the gallery owner is though. If you really want it out, it is out. Just email me at: brian@gilmorepix.com |

| Answer: At this point in time, sure I would be interested. I am not a professional so I do not have any set idea for compensation if any. Fun can equal compensation, depending. Just tell me what you have in mind and we can work something out. You can email me at: brian@gilmorepix.com |
| Question: How do I download video? |
| Answer: This is technical and you may not care to bother with it. My site does not really support downloading video to files but if you are gung ho here is something untested you can try: Open the video till it plays. Pause it. Right click for properties. Highlight and copy the location URL. Paste it in your browser address line. Right click "Save As Quicktime Movie. NOTE: This will only work if you have buy Quicktime Pro. Since I have not, I have not tested if this will actually work (Lemme know if it works-- Love Brian) |
| Question: How can I restrict who can see my galleries or albums? |
| Answer: You must create your album then click "modify my albums" and verify that the "Album can be viewed by" settting is set to "Me Only" NOTE: Setting a password here has no effect as they cannot see your album anyway if it is set to "Me Only". If you only want yourself under your login to see the album then you are done. However if you want to share with other people, then you can do the following: Email me, the webmaster at brian@gilmorepix.com. Tell me the name of the private gallery you wish to share. Tell me the password you want me to set it to and whether or not you wish to give a public hint for the password. I will create another album that can only be seen as a generic icon in the Private Albums for Friends section. Here they cannot see your pictures unless they enter the password you have it set to. You must email me if you wish to change it or make it private again. |
| Question: How Do I login? |
| Answer: Go to "Login", submit your username and password and check "Remember Me" so you will be logged in on the site if you should leave it. IMPORTANT:Cookies must be enabled and the cookie from this site must not be deleted in order to use "Remember Me". |
| Question: Why can I not login? |

| Question: What if I forgot my password? |

| Question: How do I save a picture to "My Favorites"? |
Answer: Click on a picture and click on the "picture info" link ( ); scroll down to the picture information set and click "Add to fav".The administrator may have the "picture information" on by default. IMPORTANT:Cookies must be enabled and the cookie from this site must not be deleted. |
| Question: How do I rate a file? |
| Answer: Click on a thumbnail and go to the bottom and choose a rating. |
| Question: How do I post a comment for a picture? |
| Answer: Click on a thumbnail and go to the bottom and post a comment. |
| Question: How do I upload a file? |
| Answer: Go to "Upload"and select the album that you want to upload to NOTE: You must have first made a new album. Click "Browse," find the file to upload, and click "open." Add a title and description if you want. Click "Submit" TRICKY POINT: EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS THE UPLOAD IS SUCCESSFUL, IT IS NOT COMPLETE. The upload is not complete until you click continue on to select an album to put it in, even though the it stats "upload successful". Alternatively, for those users using Windows XP, you can upload multiple files directly to your own private albums using the XP Publishing wizard. | Question: What type and size of a file can I upload? |
| Answer: Currently almost all image and video file types are allowed. In addition to the following audio file types: mp3/midi/mid/wma/wav/ogg and also the following document types: doc/txt/rtf/pdf/xls/pps/ppt/zip/gz/mdb. The max file size is 10mb and your quote max for your entire account is currently 100mb. If you need more or would like some other files type added, you can request at: brian@gilmorepix.com |
| Question: What are cookies? |
| Answer: Cookies are a plain text piece of data that is sent from a website and is put on to your computer. Cookies usually allow a user to leave and return to the site without having to login again and other various chores. |
Navigating the Site |
| Question: What's "Album List"? |
| Answer: This will show you the entire category you are currently in, with a link to each album. If you are not in a category, it will show you the entire gallery with a link to each category. Thumbnails may be a link to the category. |
| Question: What's "My Gallery"? |
| Answer: This feature lets users create their own galleries and add, delete or modify albums as well as upload to them. |
| Question: What's "Last Uploads"? |
| Answer: This feature shows the last uploads to the site. |
| Question: What's "Last Comments"? |
| Answer: This feature shows the last comments along with the files posted by users. |
| Question: What's "Most Viewed"? |
| Answer: This feature shows the most viewed files by all users (whether logged in or not). |
| Question: What's "Top Rated"? |
Answer: This feature shows the top rated files rated by the users, showing the average rating (e.g: five users each gave a  : the file would have an average rating of ;Five users rated the file from 1 to 5 (1,2,3,4,5) would result in an average .)The ratings go from  (best) to  (worst). |

| Answer: This feature will let a user store a favorite file in the cookie that was sent to your computer. |
